Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mandale Wellness, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please read our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

• Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• For a refund or replacement to be processed, the shrink wrapping on each bottle must be intact and unopened. Products with broken or removed shrink wrapping will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, email contact@mandalewellness.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

• We offer replacements only for damaged or incorrect products.
