Shipping Policy – Mandale Wellness

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary based on serviceability of the customer’s pincode.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote locations: Up to 10 business days, depending on courier serviceability

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Shipping charges and COD handling fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery & Partial Payment
For certain orders, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option with a partial prepaid amount collected at checkout. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

This partial payment is required to confirm the order and initiate processing and shipping.

Please note:
• If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, not accepted, or returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability or non-acceptance, the partial prepaid amount will not be refunded.
• The partial payment covers processing, handling, and logistics costs incurred once the order is dispatched.

By placing a COD order with partial payment, the customer agrees to these terms.

Partial payment helps us ensure timely delivery and reduce failed delivery attempts.

Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)

In case of failed delivery due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable or unreachable
• Refusal to accept the order at delivery

The shipment may be returned to us. Any applicable shipping, COD, or return charges incurred will be deducted before processing refunds (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier partner issues, high-volume sale periods, or external factors. Mandale Wellness is not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over.
