We currently ship to:

Domestic: All locations across India.
International: USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, and other supported destinations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

India:

Standard Delivery via Shiprocket (partnered couriers): 2-7 business days
Shipping Cost: Free for all prepaid orders.

International:

Standard international shipping: 7-12 business days, depending on destination.
We ship all international orders Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning Mandale Wellness covers all applicable customs duties and import taxes.
This ensures a seamless delivery experience with no additional charges due at the time of receipt.

Shipping Charges

Domestic (India): Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

No free international shipping is currently offered.

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Mandale Wellness ships all international orders using the Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) method.
This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your total order value, and you will not be required to make any additional payments at the time of delivery.
